Private Yoga and Pilates in Your Home

Shana discovered yoga and meditation while working as a professional dancer in New York City. Inspired by the practice of yoga she travelled to India to study these ancient traditions in the countryside of Maharashtra. Shana began teaching yoga here in California over 25 years ago, has specialized in teaching families, and has created curriculum to teach Yoga for Dancers at the college level. Shana works with adults, children, dancers, and athletes at all levels of interest and ability.
